We have had some good canyoneering tours and rides this year. Check out the comments to see what others have to say about Back Country Adventure Tours. If you have been on a tour or just like what you see add your own comments.
It started out as a great dinner, you prepared breakfast and had some snacks. For a full day hike it might have been best if we stopped to have a peanut butter sandwich or something. But you seemed well prepared in that area. It was great that you stopped at that spot and had us practice once, useful "stop" for beginners?
We personally had so much fun on the climbing and repelling. As the three of us talked about it on the way home the only way I could describe it was 'intense'. As I love that, it was great, but I worry about the faint of heart you might come in contact with? Maybe just a 15 min debriefing period during dessert or something, for future climbers? Let them know what to expect, (time and difficulty) how they should dress if necessary and what to bring along. You know, the whole girls/boyscout camps watered down. Thanks again for a great trip Melinda & Naomi
Anyone out there looking to spend a few days riding with old friends and just hanging out...look no further than Backcountry Adventure Yours...These guys rock.Jon will ride as fast or as slow as you want to go,and his knowledge of the trails are second to none.We are the Georgia Boys and everyone in our group of six had a fantastic adventure with Jon and his crew.We are already planning our next ride, hopefully in the spring 2010. Thanks Jon David
I got to see things I did not know were out there!! We road for days witout hitting the same trail twice, I know that was a first for our group. Jon and his crew showed us a good time and some great riding. I am already looking forward to another back country adventure tour! Thanks Jon and your crew Paul
I thought it would be difficult to organize a riding Tour to accommodate 6 riders with varies degrees of expectations. However, Jon and the Back Country Adventure Tour team coordinated a 3 day riding tour that allowed us to experience several types of terrain with varies levels of difficulty. Some trails were a little technical and others allowed us to stretch our legs:) We enjoyed them all.
I was pleasantly surprised with our tour bikes and their overall setup. I felt like my bike was custom fit for my riding style and for the terrain covered during our trip. I think the attention to detail and Jon's knowledge of riding(and the area) makes this tour a must ride. The entire team was genuine and our tour felt more like a long riding weekend with our riding buddies.
You will not find a more fun loving group to experience a riding tour with than the team at Back Country Adventure Tour. Thanks Jon, Liz, Dave and Lex. We had a blast and looking forward to returning for another trip, hopefully a longer one:)
