  1. Wow, what a day! I had a great time w/ Jonathan and his Backcountry Adventure Tours company last month during a 1-day dirtbike tour through the lands just east of Zion Canyon. When we met Jonathan, he had helmets, protective equipment, and camelpacks for our use, along with cold drinks and snacks for the moment. The bikes had already been warmed-up, so they were ready to go... all we had to do was get suited-up and start riding. The tour was fantastic, and i had a great time riding along through the old pastures, fire roads, logging roads, and some dirt roads, too. The highlight may have been the climb up to the "overlook" at Strawberry Point. What a great view it was, and it gave me an interesting perspective on the area we had been touring and playing in. After the climb, we descended back to our starting point, but following a different route made it all the more enjoyable. We stopped for lunch in the town of Mt. Carmel, and then headed a bit south for a fun run along the Virgin river.

All-in-all, i had a fantastic time! Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the bikes and the area. That, coupled with his friendliness and his professional conduct, will have me coming back to BCAT for more off-road motorcycling in Utah. I highly recommend you give Jonathan a call... he'll take care of you!
